To me it means creating a home environment which meets owner’s needs now while planning a sensible path to provide for their needs into the future. It means developing a game plan – a Master Plan – prior to doing ANY remodeling. The master plan ensures owners do not have to expend unnecessary worry, hassle or money to remodel again in 10-15 years when that future remodel could have been simpler, less costly or avoided completely.

Our goal: Design & Build a beautiful renovations or new homes with virtually imperceptible features of universal design which will allow owners to stay comfortably and safely in their home for as long as they wish.
