Russ Glickman, the firm's founder and principal, has over 33 years of expertise in home design and remodeling in the Washington, DC metro area including Montgomery County, Maryland. As the parent of a child with cerebral palsy, Russ Glickman has firsthand experience with both the joys and challenges of helping a child to live a life that is not limited by his/her physical disability.
